**About the Role**

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and facilitate the purchasing experience for our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customers
• Converting enquiries into leads, opportunities, and test drives by understanding their needs and interests
• Conducting the handover of cars to customers in a professional manner
• Collaborating with other team members on the running of marketing events, sales campaigns, and promotions
• Assisting with the setup of showroom and promotional displays

**Requirements**

• Previous experience selling new cars or in a fast-paced sales role or client service sales role
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, solution-focused, and enthusiastic personality
• Full unrestricted driver's license
