Job Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-end sales environment selling luxury vehicles. This role involves building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and interests, and facilitating the purchasing experience.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to clients and facilitate the purchasing experience. You will be responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with potential customers, converting enquiries into leads and opportunities, and conducting handovers of cars to customers in a professional manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Convert enquiries into leads, opportunities and test drives by understanding their needs and interests
  • Conduct the handover of cars to customers in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members on the running of marketing events, sales campaigns and promotions
  • Assist with the setup of showroom and promotional displays

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience selling new cars or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced sales role or client service sales role
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Be self-motivated, resilient, solution focused with an enthusiastic personality
  • The ability to work on a rostered basis, including weekends
  • A full unrestricted Driver License
