Comcare Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our Comcare practice group in Sydney. This is a true opportunity for a lawyer to develop their skills and work closely with an established team across a range of Comcare matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of a Comcare practice
  • Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
  • Providing a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matter
  • Identifying practical and innovative solutions for clients
  • Maintain and build new client relationships for the practice
  • Providing exceptional service to clients
Requirements
  • Previous practising experience in personal injury law with a passion for Comcare;
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately;
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment;
  • Ability to listen to, and empathise with clients and their families;
  • Ability to exercise judgement & resolve problems expeditiously & satisfactorily;
  • Superior organisational skills.
