Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lawyer to join our team in Sydney, working closely with an established group across various Comcare matters.

This is a great opportunity for a Lawyer to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a file load, providing clear and practical legal advice, and identifying innovative solutions for clients.

  • Management of a Comcare practice
  • Providing clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
  • Providing a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matter
  • Identifying practical and innovative solutions for clients
  • Maintain and build new client relationships for the practice
  • Providing exceptional service to clients
Requirements

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses the following:

  • Previous practising experience in personal injury law with a passion for Comcare;
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately;
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment;
  • Ability to listen to, and empathise with clients and their families;
  • Ability to exercise judgement & resolve problems expeditiously & satisfactorily;
  • Superior organisational skills.
