  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Night Manager with the night audit process, conducting routine maintenance checks on the network and system audit controls.
  • Conduct Night Auditor duties while on shift with the Night Manager, ensuring that staff on duty are well groomed and promote morale through encouragement of teamwork and a positive attitude.
  • Investigate security breaches, completing relevant forms and advising relevant authorities using the correct legal process.
  • Handle disruptive guests and ensure their discreet removal from the property if needed.
  • Responsible for all other departments in the absence of their respective managers for the duration of the nighttime operation.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to achieve superior levels of service.
  • Attend and conduct monthly operation meetings to review, monitor and upgrade the performance of the department.
