Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Officer. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Monitor client progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance as needed.

  • Support families and provide educational care for children, addressing social, emotional, and financial challenges.
Requirements:
  • AQF Associate Degree or higher in a relevant field (or equivalent qualifications).
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
