Land Programs Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of exceptional land programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of new land product proposals, managing a team of coordinators and tour leaders, and fostering strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality land product proposals that meet client needs
  • Collaborating with clients and their onboard teams to deliver contracted programs
  • Managing tour leaders, coaches, and suppliers to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Updating port partners on sales and ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key partners

Qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in tourism or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in travel industry ground operations, product development, groups, and events
  • Sound knowledge of Australian ports and cities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work weekends during peak season
