Policy Analyst - Emergency Management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as politics, economics, or social sciences;
  • At least 3 years' experience in policy development and implementation, preferably in the public sector;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and information;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise reports and briefs;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other external partners;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
