The opportunity exists to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of Field Services solutions, driving strategic outcomes and seamless digital experiences across the business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance D365 Field Services solutions.
  • Lead a technical team, mentor junior developers, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Manage CI / CD pipelines and deployments via Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and user needs.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and continuous system improvements.

Requirements :

  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft D365, with a strong focus on CE and Field Services.
  • Proven success in end-to-end implementations for medium to large enterprises.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Power Platform, APIs, and data migration.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSIS, and integration best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant certifications in D365 (CE, Field Services, Finance & Operations) are highly desirable.
  • Must have Full Australian working rights.
