This role provides an opportunity to join a progressive team at University Hospital, offering clinical pharmacy services to ensure safe and efficient drug use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement hospital policy and formulary guidelines/restrictions to promote appropriate drug utilization in collaboration with medical, pharmacy, and nursing staff.
  • Contribute to delivering a clinical and outpatient pharmacy service by assisting team members.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately on time, adhering to Barwon Health policies and procedures.
