
Administrative Support Professional

The Role of Service Coordinator requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist in the scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of technicians and subcontractors. This role is vital in ensuring all have productive work and liaising with customers and technicians/subcontractors regarding work in progress.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and managing work requests generated on our systems
- Open call management, close out jobs, and data entry
- Checking and managing technicians' timesheets and service reports
- Liaising and managing subcontractor's attendance and service reports
- Handle customer phone and email queries
- General administration duties
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2 years experience working within administration or service/scheduling
- Previous experience in service industry and dispatching field staff or technicians (Highly Desirable)
- Strong & clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with great phone manner
- Intermediate computer & typing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Outstanding eye for detail, organised and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
- Maintain a professional image and possess good interpersonal skills
