Job Overview

The Application Support Engineer is a key role in delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and develop web applications utilizing Sitecore .Net and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end support for application enhancements, defect fixes, and new feature development.
  • Provide rotational on-call support and manage production incidents from initial response to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate regular support activity reports.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, incident management, network, and business analyst teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET or similar web technologies.
  • Proven track record in delivering web application projects, including system analysis, development, and testing.
  • Strong experience with Azure Cloud hosting platforms.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and supporting web applications.
  • Exposure to Sitecore CMS and Azure DevOps is an advantage.
  • Skilled in writing testable, high-quality code using design patterns and best practices.
