
Business Partnership Liaison

The Role of Community Engagement Specialist involves representing Australian Red Cross Lifeblood within local communities through active engagement of current and future donors to achieve donor attendance targets.
This entails building relationships between Lifeblood and external organisations to grow collections through the acquisition and retention of Donors.
Some travel will be required, as well as attendance of functions and events outside of business hours.
Key Responsibilities- Establish connections with key brands, businesses, government, education and community groups to expand collections.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to devise, execute and support Donor Engagement activities to meet regional objectives.
- Represent Lifeblood within local communities through proactive engagement of current and future donors to achieve donor attendance KPIs.
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement customer-facing initiatives and events.
- Proven track record of developing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to continuously monitor performance within designated territory, adjusting activity plans as necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills, presentation abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work collaboratively and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, work in a high-pressure environment, and motivate self to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's licence.
