Job Overview

As a seasoned legal professional, you will work on a diverse range of property transactions across residential, commercial, and leasing matters. You will be instrumental in supporting clients through all stages of property transactions in the ACT and NSW regions, with direct access to the leadership team and opportunities for career growth.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Advise clients on various property transactions, including residential and commercial sales and purchases, leasing, and related matters.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and associated documentation.
    • Liaise with external parties, including agents, lenders, and clients, to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
    • Prepare settlement statements and manage file progress using LEAP.
    • Provide clear, practical legal advice with a client-centric approach.
    • Stay up-to-date with legal developments and regulatory changes in property law.
    • Collaborate closely with the broader legal team to deliver efficient and effective legal services.
Requirements

You must have:

  • Essential Qualifications
    • Be admitted as a solicitor in Australia with a minimum of 1+ years PAE in property and/or conveyancing law.
    • Have solid experience in ACT/NSW property matters, including settlements, leasing, and related advisory.
    • Be proficient in LEAP and confident working independently on files.
    • Display strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach.
    • Exhibit self-motivation, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
