- Carry out scheduled service visits and assess equipment within 48 hours of arrival.
- Conduct pre-installation assessments and assemble equipment as required.
- Complete off-hire rental checks and prepare assessment reports.
- Provide phone-based troubleshooting support for customers and internal teams.
- Deliver basic operational training to caregivers and staff.
- Maintain van stock and spare parts to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Address customer enquiries, complaints, or technical issues with professionalism and care.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with WHS standards and company procedures.
- Full, valid Australian Drivers Licence with a clean record.
- Fully vaccinated against relevant diseases.
- Willingness to obtain (or already hold): National Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
