About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Strategy Lead to join our team at Bluefin Resources. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation initiatives and leading the development of our Asia Pacific digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of the Asia Pacific digital strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to plan and communicate digital initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and effective change management.
  • Lead the development of GEN AI user cases, driving the conversation to support artificial intelligence capabilities across the region.
  • Utilize deep domain knowledge of the general insurance industry, with a focus on underwriting insurance platforms, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to understand their initiatives and serve as the voice for the Australian region.
  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Strategy Manager to develop and execute commercial strategies, focusing on change and process improvement.
  • Deliver strategic projects with a proven ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the general insurance industry, with a strong background in insurance transformation and a focus on Gen AI.
  • Highly experienced in project/program management, with a track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the inner workings of an insurance firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think on your feet and pivot easily.
  • A proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
