Medical Receptionist - New Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team in a busy GP Clinic.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients with a warm smile, assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls, managing and scheduling patient appointments, and providing administrative support to the clinical team as required.

They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and treatment rooms, and providing GP assistance where required within the scope of the receptionist role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and a confident, courteous phone manner. You must also be compassionate and caring in nature, able to work from 7 AM - 2 PM, and have a willingness to learn and display initiative.

Additionally, you should have time management, ability to multi-task and prioritise, neat and professional presentation, and basic computer skills (we will train you to use medical directory software).
