Room Leader Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and skilled educator to lead our team in creating a nurturing and empowering environment for children and educators alike.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create and implement engaging curricula that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Support children in developing a strong sense of identity and confidence.
  • Cultivate a supportive and collaborative environment for both educators and children.
  • Utilize digital platforms to effectively communicate with families about their child's progress and encourage active participation.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience in leading teams within early childhood education settings.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • A valid Working with Children Check and Current First Aid Certificate.
