Senior Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analytics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data insights and analytics solutions that drive business value.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers, to identify business problems and develop tailored solutions. Your expertise will enable us to make data-driven decisions, optimize processes, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced data analytics capabilities, including machine learning and statistical modeling
- Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop tailored solutions
- Work with data scientists and engineers to integrate analytics solutions into existing systems and processes
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a financial services or related industry
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience working with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
