  Job Description
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Data-Driven Solutions: Champion the development of sustainable analytics solutions by partnering with Advanced Analytics, Planning, and Enterprise Data teams to productionise high-value data assets.
  • Deliver Insightful Reporting: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust data models and compelling dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to support strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage Advanced Analytics: Apply machine learning and predictive analytics to forecast trends and model the impact of key business decisions.
  • Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance: Uphold data quality and ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate Data into Action: Provide clear, actionable recommendations through advanced data analysis, helping stakeholders make informed, strategic decisions.
    
    
  The Successful Applicant
  
  A Successful Senior Manager Analytics Should Have
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics and data science, with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights.
  • Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing analytics teams.
  • Deep expertise in data modelling, reporting, and dashboard development, with a focus on turning data into actionable intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and machine learning techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organisation.
