Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy, ensuring a robust governance structure is in place to drive business growth and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set the vision for analytics, prioritizing projects and defining the technical architecture across multiple cloud platforms to optimize data management and insights.
  • Take a hands-on approach to engineering and oversee the creation of a next-generation data platform integrating data from various sources, including legacy CRMs, Salesforce, and key partnerships, to ensure seamless data flow and scalability.
  • Ensure consistency and reliability in data reporting by streamlining the ingestion and processing of multiple data streams, creating a single source of truth for business stakeholders.
  • Design and implement data governance policies that address security, access, and retention issues to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in data strategy, governance, and building scalable analytics frameworks to drive business outcomes.
  • Expertise in cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large-scale data solutions (Databricks) to optimize data management and analytics.
  • Proven experience in data engineering, with hands-on involvement in building data platforms and managing large-scale data integration projects to ensure seamless data flow and scalability.
  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering data-driven business transformation and building alignment across departments to drive business growth and decision-making.
