We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Operational Transformation (OT) practice.

Our OT roles involve partnering with clients to solve complex problems in a transitioning energy market driven by decarbonisation, distributed energy, local storage, digitisation, and evolving customer expectations.

We support both incumbent players and new entrants, particularly in the Retail Energy sector, helping them grow and succeed.

  • Designing and delivering business solutions across the energy landscape, focusing on Energy Retail
  • Collaborating with industry stakeholders and market experts to broaden your skills and industry knowledge

You will be working on impactful projects that contribute positively to communities during the energy transition.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing current systems and operations, synthesizing data, and developing future recommendations
  2. Re-engineering customer experiences and organizational efficiencies for sustainable outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the energy industry from management consultancy or internal roles in energy retail
  • Proven experience in transformation programs
  • Broad business transformation skills in areas like business architecture, operating models, customer experience, service design, data analytics, and operational excellence
