Our team is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to play a pivotal role in our finance function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning critical aspects of the ANZ financial function, including month-end close, revenue recognition, forecasting and budgeting.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to build on your existing skills and further your career as a Financial Accountant. You will be part of a high-performing close-knit team of six, working for a globally recognised digital advertising agency with a global reach.

We are looking for a financial expert who is not just technically strong, but exceptional at communication, thrives on collaboration, and ready to drive a culture of excellence in financial reporting, analytics, compliance, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning critical aspects of the ANZ financial function, including month-end close, revenue recognition, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Providing solid data, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability to interpret financial data, identify risks, opportunities, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Handling complex reconciliations, such as deferred revenue, payroll, and other financial matters.
