Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Sofitel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve with Flair: Demonstrate a passion for excellence and provide personalized service to our guests, ensuring their requests are met with a smile.
  • Lead by Example: Embody the art of French hospitality and set the standard for exceptional service, inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Operational Excellence: Organize and control the day-to-day operations of Atelier by Sofitel, ensuring seamless service and high-quality products.
  • Team Development: Assist the Outlets Manager in training and developing our ambassadors, maintaining a detailed training log and ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel.
  • Financial Acumen: Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain a high level of financial awareness, counting the cash float at the start and conclusion of each shift.
  • Brand Standards: Uphold the Sofitel brand standards, ensuring all service and quality standards are met while on shift.

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
