Early Childhood Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Room Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has strong leadership skills.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding teams in innovative early learning programs, contributing to our unique play-based curriculum, and documenting and sharing learning progress with families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Lead and guide teams in the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs.
- Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Document and share learning progress with families through regular communication and reporting.
- Diploma in Children's Services (required).
- Experience working in long day care, especially with nursery-aged children.
- Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- A current Working with Children Check (QLD Paid Blue Card).
