We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our contracts team as a trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students looking to gain valuable experience in contract management.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with preparing and issuing RFQs and tenders
- Review supplier quotes and compare pricing
- Support contract administration and compliance tracking
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
- Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve issues
- Collaborate with site teams to forecast procurement needs
- Current enrolment in a Commerce, Business, Economics, or similar degree
- Experience with relevant software and systems through studies or placements (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills across verbal, written, numerical, and graphical formats
- Ability to uphold high work standards and build strong relationships with peers and leaders
- Capacity to work independently to meet personal and team goals
- Valid manual driver's licence
- Willingness to live and work remotely
