We are seeking a talented individual to participate in our structured training program for facilities management. This role offers the chance to learn key aspects of facilities operations, including maintenance, vendor management, and customer service.
As a trainee, you will shadow experienced facilities professionals to gain practical knowledge and skills. You will assist with daily tasks, such as inspections, maintenance coordination, and responding to occupant requests.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills using facilities management systems and tools, including software and reporting platforms. You will also support administrative functions, including documentation, record-keeping, and basic data analysis.
Our training program includes regular workshops, training sessions, and department meetings. You will be encouraged to contribute to small projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
