Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to support and empower clients of all backgrounds to improve their hearing health.

You will work in a client-centred environment, providing exceptional and friendly service while managing complex medical administration.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Assess auditory problems of non-complex adult clients using established Australian Hearing practice methods and standards.
  • Provide rehabilitative support including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, personal amplification devices, accessories, and/or communication strategies as appropriate.
  • Refer clients to other professionals or seek guidance from more senior audiologists where needed.
  • Participate in providing services at visiting sites and home visits.
Prior Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Audiology.
  • Full and current membership with the Audiology Society of Australia.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical Audiology and procedures in accordance with Australian Audiology standards.
  • Sound knowledge of the Hearing Services Program.
  • Exposure to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) scheme.
