The Team Lead Technical Data Archival Consultant will lead a team to deliver impactful legacy data transition projects across Australia.
This senior role requires the ability to analyze and discover complex technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders, extract and transform data, and ensure its integrity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and discover legacy EHR, Patient Accounting, and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflow and data requirements.
- Extract, transform, and load data into our archival platform.
- Work closely with software engineers to support various workflows.
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality assurance.
- Manage priorities independently and provide excellent customer service.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Prior experience leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with clinical and non-clinical systems.
