Healthscope is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a perioperative care setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients in accordance with legislation and evidence-based guidelines.
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Supervise and direct nursing team members to deliver patient care.
- Proactively assess and improve perioperative nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with local and national policies.
- Current registration with AHPRA and a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Experience in an acute hospital setting, preferably in a cardiac ward.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Commitment to quality patient care and a patient-centered approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
