Disability Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Professional to join our team in Bendigo, Victoria. In this role, you will provide high-quality support and care to participants with disabilities, promoting their independence, abilities, community participation, and quality of life.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering person-centered support, be knowledgeable about NDIS compliance and standards, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individual support plans to maximise participant outcomes and attainment of goals.
- Provide daily personal care and household activities, maintaining participant health and wellbeing.
- Support participants in engaging in social and recreational activities, promoting their independence and community participation.
- Unrestricted driver's license in the state of Victoria.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Current first aid and medication certificates or willingness to obtain.
- An appropriate qualification recognised by Possability, relevant to the work required to be performed.
- Previous experience in a relevant industry or service, or equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the range of activities required.
- A competitive casual hourly rate from $34.17.
- Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (plus an additional $2,650 for entertainment expenses).
