Executive Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping activities, managing housekeeping staff, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned sites.
  • Train and support housekeeping staff to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control of cleaning supplies.
  • Collaborate with management and clients to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role (hotel, property, or commercial cleaning industry preferred).
  • Strong people management skills with a willingness to lead by example.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
