Storage Job Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time professional to join our team as a Storage Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the day-to-day management of the store, and working closely with the management team to deliver outstanding store results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Offer top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as required.
  • Facility Maintenance: Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the storage facility, ensuring it remains clean and secure.
Requirements
  • Willingness to Learn: You must be willing to learn new skills associated with sales and customer service, with training provided.
  • Self-Motivation: You should be self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative or with support and direction.
  • Problem-Solving: Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Customer Service: Passionate about delivering customer service excellence, with an above-and-beyond attitude and work ethic.
  • Team Player: Enthusiastic as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical Fitness: Physically fit.
  • Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license.
