Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking a talented Concession Manager to join our team at David Jones Parramatta, NSW. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales, profit, and productivity through achieving key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a customer-centric culture that creates a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
  • Drive sales, profit, and productivity by meeting all key performance indicators set by the business.
  • Ensure the team understands all business objectives with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers.
Attributes You Possess:
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail or similar business.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  • Operational excellence, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
