Job Description

Deliver high-quality cleaning services across a diverse portfolio of properties. This role involves leading the delivery of soft services with a focus on maintaining exceptional presentation and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with service partners and contractors to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Resolve issues promptly and work collaboratively to achieve results.

Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Develop and monitor cleaning schedules to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Prepare and manage operational budgets for soft services, tracking spend and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Provide monthly reporting on service performance, inspection outcomes, client feedback, and improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in soft services or cleaning management within facilities management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing service partners and on-site teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver high presentation and hygiene standards in complex or high-profile environments.
  • Good understanding of compliance requirements, including WHS and environmental obligations.
  • Financial skills to manage budgets, contracts, and service delivery costs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel as required.
