Seeking Clinical Excellence in Gastroenterology

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District, adhering to the scope of practice granted by the Medical and Dental Appointments Advisory Committee.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of 11 staff specialists in a department characterized by strong collegiality and regular clinical meetings.

The gastroenterology department is well-integrated with other sub-specialties, including upper GIT surgery and colorectal surgery, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and best practices.

  • Vaccination requirements for Category A positions
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current registration with AHPRA and fellowship with the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP)
