About Us
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team. This role involves developing content and delivering training to our clinical teams across the Northern Territory, with support to Central Australia when needed.
Job Description
- We are looking for a registered nurse who is passionate about providing education and mentorship to current RNs across our facilities.
This position requires strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment. You should have the ability to deliver and evaluate education activities based on adult learning principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted registration
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
- Experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach using contemporary education methods
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel to remote areas
