Job Title: Graduate Engineer

As a skilled and motivated individual, you have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment where you can develop your skills across engineering and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing calculations and designs for refrigeration solutions
  • Preparing estimates and tender submissions for minor projects
  • Evaluating and modifying existing refrigeration systems to meet client needs
  • Market refrigeration services with a focus on customer support
  • Managing projects, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating designs, procuring materials, and overseeing project administration
  • Preparing risk assessments and ensuring compliance with Australian and international standards
  • Drafting designs using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, sketches, etc.
  • Conducting safety and engineering audits on-site, compiling client reports

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical, process, or chemical engineering and excellent communication skills. They will be proactive, autonomous, and willing to learn and collaborate with various professionals.

Requirements:
  • A minimum B.Eng. in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering
  • Ability to interpret drawings and concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, autonomous work approach
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with various professionals
  • Valid driver's license
