Senior Occupational Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders and empower them to take ownership of safety in their areas.
- Implement a proactive approach to OHS management, focusing on engagement, coaching, and continuous improvement.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the implementation of the organisation's OHS plan, ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting best practice initiatives.
- Managing workplace incident reporting, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Partnering with managers to coach and guide them in achieving safety outcomes.
- Overseeing Work Cover and Return-to-Work processes.
Requirements for the role include:
- Minimum Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or higher).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
