The Role:
- Executive-level calendar management, travel arrangements, inbox management, and expense coordination
- Preparation of documents and presentations (Word, PowerPoint)
- Coordination of events and meetings (internal and client-facing)
- Office management, including supplies, suppliers, couriers, and kitchen facilities
- Serving as the face of the office, welcoming clients and visitors, and maintaining a professional atmosphere
- Compliance with health and safety regulations, fire warden responsibilities, and building management liaison duties
- Continuous improvement of systems and processes
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years' experience in a similar EA/Office Administrator role, ideally in professional services
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and a tech-savvy mindset
- Confident and clear communication with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to thrive under pressure and work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Proactive, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running
