We are seeking a highly skilled service leader to join our hospitality team at the InterContinental Hayman Island Great Barrier Reef. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and acknowledge guests in person or on the phone with a warm and genuine smile
- Be a trusted contact for all guests, helping them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and advising management when necessary
- Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships within the immediate team and wider hotel team
