Job Overview

The role of the SAP Solution Architect is crucial in our company's digital transformation, focusing on designing and delivering robust technical designs and plans for applications, databases, and integrations to meet business needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end architecture for finance solutions using SAP ERP, ensuring alignment with business goals, HR strategies, and IT standards.
  • Define and document system architecture, data flows, and integration touchpoints across finance modules, rostering products, and related systems.
  • Translate finance business processes and requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather and analyze business and non-functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including technical input into migration of finance-related data.
  • Define interim architectural stages from a finance perspective to support delivery of the end-state solution.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A highly experienced architect with solid experience in SAP S/4Hana Rise or Grow and skills in designing ERP finance solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure technology solutions.
  • Experience integrating ERP platforms with HCM, payroll, identity management, and other enterprise systems using tools like SAP SCPI, SAP BTP, or integration capabilities within the Finance ERP platform.
Requirements

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Experience with emerging technologies such as AI in talent management, predictive analytics, and employee experience platforms is an advantage.
