This requires exceptional coordination across complex engineering programs and cross-functional teams. Our Engineering Program Management Office (PMO) excels in this area.

We are a highly motivated international team that strives for excellence, driven by collaboration, agility, and strategic technology use. We tackle some of the most complex, cross-product initiatives while managing dependencies and projects that span our entire organization.

To accomplish this, we lead the end-to-end release planning and orchestration of embedded software in medical devices. We own the release lifecycle from requirements capture to production deployment, ensuring traceability and regulatory documentation that meets standards.

We define and implement hybrid frameworks tailored to embedded systems and regulated environments. We collaborate closely with QA/RA teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

Additionally, we drive release readiness reviews, verification planning, and risk assessments. We manage defect triage and post-release retrospective analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of program management experience working directly with multiple agile, product, and/or platform teams.
  • A solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proficiency with modern agile and DevOps platforms, including Jira, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub, and AI-enhanced project tools.
  • A proven ability to assess release-related risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
