Job Title

The Opportunity

Our gym is on an exciting growth journey, regularly opening new clubs to make affordable fitness accessible to more people. We pride ourselves on simplifying the gym experience with excellent member experiences and high-quality fitouts that our members have come to know and love.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Member Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring they receive personalised support aligned with our vision and values.
  • Team Collaboration & Culture: Cultivate positive relationships with teammates, embodying our values and behaviours.
  • Club Presentation: Maintain our high standards for cleanliness, organisation, and equipment functionality.
  • Compliance and Safety: Uphold health and safety standards to protect both team members and members, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and protocols.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to exceed member expectations.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification required prior to starting.
