**HR BUSINESS PARTNER - 6 MONTH FT CONTRACT**:
Are you a passionate Human Resource professional seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and thriving organisation?

Our large food and beverage manufacturing client has an exciting **6-month fixed term contract** opportunity for a **Human Resources Business Partner** to join their office based in **Harvey**. **Accommodation is offered or a flexible DIDO roster from Perth.**

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the company’s most valuable asset - their employees. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee various HR operational functions with precision and efficiency. This diverse role will encompass onboarding, document management and control, administration and contributing to our overarching mission of fostering a positive people-centric culture.

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**:

- Formal tertiary qualification in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- Exposure to OSH and relevant legislation.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Advisor.
- Exposure to high volume heavy blue-collar recruitment, Fair Work legislation, able to negotiate and interpret different Awards, understand Work Cover legislation, and determine fitness for work.
- A broad understanding of a range of HR functions.
- Exposure to Labour Agreements and Compliance with the Department of Home Affairs.
- Impeccable organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
