Job Opportunity

The Yard Hand / Vehicle Coordinator plays a vital part in our operational setup, ensuring vehicles are readily available to customers via various product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for use.
  • Manage cars onsite at the depot, maintaining a neat carpark.
  • Coordinate vehicle movement to and from specified locations as required.
  • Document inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound).
  • Inspect accident-repaired vehicles and review their condition.
  • Organise the depot daily, securing vehicles and maintaining order.
  • Assist stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups and returns.
  • Prepare new vehicles for deployment, including telematic device installation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid full driver's licence (Australia)
  • Ability to commute and work out of our Sydney Hub
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong can-do attitude with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Mechanical aptitude or reasonable understanding of motor vehicles (desirable)
