Building Automation Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Automation Technician to join our team. This exciting role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction, all while contributing to sustainable building solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot building automation systems, including control systems, HVAC systems, and energy management systems.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience working with control and mechanical systems related to HVAC.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and engineering drawing tools.
  3. Skilled in interpreting control drawings, plans, and specifications.
  4. Experience with system designs using direct digital controls and automation systems.
  5. Knowledgeable in energy management, HVAC systems, and temperature controls.
  6. Prefer experience with Alerton Controls and Tridium Niagara AX.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  8. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
