Automation System Developer Position

Effective automation system developers are required to work on the installation, programming, and maintenance of building automation systems. This includes ensuring efficient operation and optimal performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation and programming of building automation systems to meet specified requirements.
  • System commissioning and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Maintenance and repair of systems to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Understanding of engineering drawing tools and concepts of new construction, renovation/retrofit, and service project management.
  • Experience in contracting processes associated with building automation system installation.
  • Knowledge of energy management systems, HVAC systems, and temperature controls.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Alerton Controls and Tridium Niagara AX experience is desirable.
