Senior Project Manager Role

Steel projects require a senior project manager with extensive experience in the Australian steel industry.

  • Over 10 years of project management experience within the sector
  • A proven track record in preparing OHS and quality documentation is essential
  • Excellent reporting, leadership, and communication skills are necessary for success
  • Proficiency in Aconex, Xero, MS Projects, and Excel is required

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing project plans, timelines, and budgets is key
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is crucial
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and variations is vital
  • Managing procurement activities and planning timeline efficiently is essential
  • Reporting on Variations, RFIs, EOT, Progress Claims is a critical task

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management is preferred
  • Advanced English language skills are necessary
  • Experience working in the construction industry with similar workflow processes is essential
