About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Storeperson to join our team at CROSSMARK Australia. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including inventory management, receiving and putting away stock, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing of orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Loading and unloading containers and trucks safely and efficiently
  • Receiving and putting away stock in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring stock variance is kept to a minimum through effective inventory management
  • Participating in cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Maintaining a clean and unencumbered warehouse space, adhering to OH&S policies and procedures
  • Performing other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the warehouse
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Prior warehouse experience, including the use of RF scanners, is highly desirable. A police check and high-risk work license (forklift) are also required.
